You guys, today I heard one of the most real, relatable things I have heard in a crazy long time. “Your clients are actually the heroes of your businesses story”. This hit me like 1,000 bricks. We are always humbled by opportunity and thankful for our work but this is the perfect description about how we truly feel about our job and the people we capture. This came at the perfect time, as we have been anticipating some big announcements for our business, which brings me back to being beyond thankful for the support from our clients and for them trusting us with the most important days of their life.

Our clients have given us the opportunity to travel, expand, capture beautiful moments, and meet amazing people. now we have had yet another opportunity to expand our business. We are so excited announce that we are now officially offering videography packages to all existing and future clients. After much thought and prayer we have decided to bring on the amazingly talented Dominic Krupp to our team as our videographer. This past weekend Dominic traveled to Battle Creek to help us photograph Shalie and Sam’s wedding day and decided to piece together a little video as a surprise for them and to use for this big announcement.

I cannot believe that Shalie and Sam’s wedding has come and gone, we waited and waited and waited for their day and now we get to reminisce with this awesome video and beautiful photos. Justin grew up with Sam and his brothers, going to church and school with them for decades, but when we met Shalie and Sam as a couple it was instant connection and friendship. Shalie and Sam’s wedding day was perfectly pieced together with every single detail. Yet the #1 thing I think about when I think about their day is Sam’s face as he watched Shalie walk down the aisle to him. These two glow when they are together, and they bring out the best in each other striving to help each other be the best version of themselves. During one of the maid of honor speeches, one of Shalie’s best friend was talking about how on paper they couldn’t be more different but that is what makes them the perfect pair. They balance, support, and ground each other with their differences.

Shalie and Sam, thank you for your lasting support, friendship, smiles, and go getter attitude, you make our jobs fun and so exciting. We couldn’t be more honored to be your photographers and friends, thank you for letting us capture the start of your story.
