Rachel + Joey // East Tawas, Michigan

Last weekend Rachel and Joey got married along the gorgeous shores of Lake Huron at The Beach Barn at Lake Life Cottages in East Tawas. I have been working alongside of Rachel and her mom to plan this big day since the fall and it was a perfect day. These two families were so amazing to work with, we had perfect weather, and Joey and Rachel are a dream couple to work with and I wish we could do it all over again.

Rachel and Joey were surrounded by friends and family who came from all over the state and all over the globe to celebrate them. They had their brother and sister stand by their side as maid of honor and best man, and the rest of the day was laid back and full of sunshine, drinks, and dancing. Justin and I escaped with the bride and groom to the Tawas Point State Park for their photos before they came back to dance beachside on the patio in front of their family and friends.

Obviously we are extremely partial, we love Tawas, we love Lake Huron, and we love this venue. I am telling you something it is something special and every wedding there is one of our forever favorite days. Rachel and Joey, thank you for trusting us to be such a big part of your day and capture these special moments. You guys are the best and your day is one we will never forget.
