Courtney + Shane // Edmore, Michigan

The last wedding of our busiest month of the summer was a special one. Justin’s cousin Courtney married the love of her life, Shane and we were there to celebrate and capture every minute of it.

When I first started coming to family events with Justin I had no problems making friends and loving everyone in his family, but there were a few people that clicked right away and Courtney was one of those people. For anyone that knows this sweet soul, she is the person that always takes intentional time to connect and listen. She is one that genuinely cares and is the best version of herself always. She is known for her glowing personality an her kind heart and if you spend 2 minutes with her you will see why.

She found a man that matches that energy. Shane is so kind, laid back, and cares so incredibly much for his wife. When I have taken their photos he is very intentional with his attention and wants everything to be perfect. On their wedding day he was the first one to redirect people that got distracted and give good direction for the photo. It may have been because he wanted to get the photos the heck over with but I think it’s because he honestly wanted each photo to be perfect for his sweet bride. The way he looks at her is something special and you will see that below in their photos.
