Kenzie + Jeff // Milwaukee, WI

We met Kenzie almost 3 years ago, we were in Milwaukee photographing another wedding and set up a meeting to chat about possibly photographing their June 2020 wedding. Fast forward a couple of years, a motorcycle accident, a pandemic, and bunch of craziness in between, and we finally celebrated their wedding day, and it was better than any of us could have imagined.

If you know Kenzie and Jeff, you know that they are two of the most laid back friendly people you will ever meet. Little shakes them up, they are steady and even-keeled, this is probably why they are both such a great fit as healthcare providers. Its no secret that 2020 was a hard year to plan a wedding, and much like a lot of our other clients, they had a heck of a time planning this big day. But the thing I noticed was Kenzie was never frantic, it was more laughable, “hey this is what is happening now, oh well, it will all work out”. While their wedding day was something they planned and looked forward to for literally 3 years, it was always going to work out because they would be married and the most important people would be cheering them on.

Danielle, Kenzie’s Matron of Honor during her speech mentioned Kenzie’s determination, that when she set her mind on PA school, or anything for that matter, she made it happen. Determination is something that is blatantly evident in both Kenzie and Jeff. Danielle said that her determination also translated into her relationship with Jeff, that she was determined and had her mind made up on him. That’s when her best friend knew he was the one.

These two are the definition of power house couple, they are smart, hardworking, dedicated to taking care of people, and determined to be together. Their love for each other is woven throughout these amazing characteristics that bring them together and make them strong. We are honored to have had the opportunity to capture these two amazing people on their perfect day. And while I am very excited to see what the future holds for these two, I am more excited to see what these two will do in the future. Congratulations friends and thank you for letting us be apart of your journey, this is only the beginning.
