Bri + Kevin // Grand Rapids, Michigan
After a long blogging break… I’m back and ready to catch you up on the life of the Hill clan and our work! If there is one thing I have learned in the past year of life, it is that the key to success is prioritization. Let me tell you want, blogging was not a priority, my family, kiddos, new baby snuggles, and a new home were the main priorities. Now that life is adjusting I cannot wait to update you all on some of the work we have done, as well as some of our family adventures along the way.
The first wedding of the year was one of the sweetest couples, although I was ready to pop and unable to attend, Justin captured it perfectly. We have known Bri for a number of years, we went to church with her family for a long time and it is so fun to think of the young teenage girl she was when we met her, and now she is a gorgeous grown married woman.
Although I missed this sweet spring wedding, both of their smiles say it all, I couldn’t help but smile back at my computer screen as I looked at their glowing faces. Bri and Kevin got married on Mothers Day last year and celebrated at the Bissell Tree House at the John Ball Zoo with friends and family. I originally thought… hmm mothers day is an odd day to choose, but as a mom, and knowing her mom fairly well, I grew to think, what an amazing gift to her mother on Mothers day. She gets to watch her oldest daughter marry a kind and God loving man as a gift on Mothers Day, I don’t think it gets much better than that.
Bri and Kevin, thank you for celebrating with us, your love and joy shines so bright through your life and through these pictures, Justin and I send all of our happiest best wishes and prayers with you both.
